Pakistan Cricket Team Captain Babar Azam absent from Afridi’s Dinner Party

Babar Azam, the captain of the Pakistan cricket team, was absent from a dinner party held by Shahid Afridi, a previous captain.

Afridi posted photos of the meal on social media with the caption, “Hosted Pakistan’s heroes for supper, incredibly proud of each of you. The match between Pakistan and New Zealand is tomorrow; best of luck.

As soon as the Pakistani captain suddenly disappeared, fans on social media began looking for any hints in the images and videos that Afridi had uploaded. Afridi had earlier on Thursday evening declared on a local TV station that he had invited the Pakistan squad to supper.

In order for the Pakistani team to be stronger on the pitch for the fourth ODI against New Zealand on Friday, Afridi said that he had invited the Pakistani squad to supper tonight and will feed them lambs. Shadab Khan, Mohammad Rizwan, and Shaheen Shah Afridi, among others, were some of the Pakistan cricket team members who attended the dinner gathering. The athletes appeared to be in good spirits as they savored the great cuisine and the company of their teammates. Fans flocked to social media to speculate on the reasons for Babar’s absence after learning of his absence, which did not go ignored. Fans conjectured that he might have chosen to forgo the dinner gathering due to personal or work obligations.

It is important to note that the Men in Green won the first three games of the five-match series to secure the victory, which marked their first series victory in the previous 12 years.

At the National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi, the Babar Azam-led team will square off against the guests in the fourth match today. The home team anticipates some adjustments. In order to take the top spot in the ICC ODI rankings for the first time in ODI history, the Green Shirts will be motivated to win their final two games.

Fakhar Zaman struck back-to-back centuries for the national team, and the captain added two half-centuries, leading to a great performance for the team in the series. Earlier this week, in the second One-Day International at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, the host team defended 288 runs while chasing down a record-breaking total.
