Pakistan has established Afghanistan’s second largest (200-bed) hospital in Kabul named as Jinnah Hospital.
Jinnah Hospital is established on the name of the founder of Pakistan Muhammad Ali Jinnah. The hospital is established in Afghanistan’s capital, Kabul where Pakistani doctors are treating patients actively. Earlier, Pakistani doctors had set up an eye camp in Khost, Afghanistan.
According to new statistics and report, a team of Pakistani doctors have examined eyes of 625 patients in a day, while 34 patients underwent surgery.

To ensure the peace and prosperity of all the countries, The Prime Minister chaired the Apex Meeting for Afghanistan. The meeting approved Rs. 5 billion in humanitarian aid from Pakistan to Afghanistan. Pakistan has also allowed India to use the corridor to supply wheat to Afghanistan. India will supply 50,000 metric tons of wheat to Afghanistan.
Prime Minister Imran Khan expressed satisfaction and contentment over the steps taken by Border Management to provide all possible assistance and help to the Afghan people. He also directed the restoration of the bus service between Peshawar to Jalalabad and said that “the capacity of the personnel deployed at the borders should be enhanced. Borders should not be closed arbitrarily Afghan is the bravest nation that has faced difficult situations, the international community has a responsibility to help the Afghan people”.
The Prime Minister expressed his deep concern over the emergency and unpleasant situation in Afghanistan and the Committee vowed that the Government of Pakistan would take all possible steps to help the Afghan brothers.
