Israel’s Number One Song Demands Bella Hadid and Dua Lipa’s Murder

A hip-hop track titled ‘Charbu Darbu’ is currently making waves on Israel’s YouTube and Spotify charts. The song, created and performed by Ness Van Stilla, expresses a strong stance advocating harm towards Palestinians in Gaza.

It specifically targets public figures such as Bella Hadid, Dua Lipa, and Mia Khalifa, who have been vocal supporters of Palestine, suggesting that they should be killed. The title translates to ‘swords and strikes’ in Syrian Arabic, symbolizing a call for severe actions against Hamas, referred to in the song as the Biblical Amalek. The chorus explicitly urges the IDF’s combat units to annihilate Gaza.

The song concludes by listing individuals, including Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, senior Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, Bella Hadid, Dua Lipa, and Mia Khalifa, promising their obliteration as enemies of Israel. Journalist Ahmed Eldin posted a video clip featuring an article from The Times of Israel on his Twitter account.

The song ‘Charbu Darbu’ has gained significant popularity on Israeli streaming platforms, catching the attention of former adult film star Khalifa. She shared her critique of the song’s style in a post on X, which was previously known as Twitter. She remarked, “That track suggesting the IDF should harm me, Bella, and Dua is set to a DRILL beat,” adding, “They’re not even able to advocate for genocide within their own culture; they had to appropriate something to make it reach #1.”

Khalifa, who was born in Lebanon, lost commercial contracts a few weeks ago after posting on X about Palestinian “freedom fighters” in a post that was written just hours after the Hamas strikes on October 7. After receiving a lot of backlash, Khalifa—who has always been an outspoken advocate for Palestinians—tried to elucidate her statement in a subsequent statement on October 9. In a message that has been removed, she expressed, “I want to emphasize that this statement does not, in any manner, encourage the promotion of violence.” “I used the term freedom fighters deliberately, as I believe it accurately reflects the struggle of Palestinian citizens striving for freedom daily.” Two businesses promptly broke their connections with Khalifa, including Playboy.

Additionally, Red Light Holland, a company that grows and sells magic mushrooms, publicly sacked her from her position as an adviser. Defending her stance in October regarding X, Khalifa expressed a desire to ensure high-resolution footage capturing her community’s efforts in dismantling the barriers of the open-air prison they were compelled to inhabit. Her goal is to provide valuable historical records that detail their liberation from apartheid for future generations.
