Humayun Saeed to play Dr. Hasnat Khan in Netflix’s “The Crown”

On the upcoming fifth season of the popular Netflix series “The Crown,” Pakistani actor Humayun Saeed will play Dr. Hasnat Khan, who is said have a relationship with Princess Diana.

Saeed will play Khan, a British-Pakistani heart surgeon who worked at London’s Royal Brompton Hospital, in the hit royal drama.

In 1997, Fayed and Diana were killed in a car accident in Paris.

After beginning his career in 1999 with the Pakistani Urdu film “Inteha,” and appearing in hits like the “Jawani Phir Nahi Ani” franchise and the 2017 love comedy “Punjab Nahi Jaungi,” Saeed’s first global programme will be “The Crown,” which recounts the life and reign of Queen Elizabeth II.

Saeed 50 years old Pakistani Actor has been featured in several Pakistani Television Programmes.

“Tenet” actor Elizabeth Debicki will play Diana in season five of “The Crown,” while Khalid Abdalla from “The Kite Runner” will play Fayed. Queen Elizabeth II is played by veteran actress Imelda Staunton, with Prince Philip and Prince Charles played by Jonathan Pryce and Dominic West respectively.

The upcoming season of The Crown will premiere later this year, with a cast that includes other notable personalities including Dominic West as Prince Charles and Elizabeth Debicki as Diana, Princess of Wales.

It will centre on the Royal Family’s events in the 1990s, notably Diana’s deteriorating relationship with Prince Charles and her death.

Diana, Princess of Wales, was a member of the Royal Family of the United Kingdom. She was the first wife of Charles, Prince of Wales, and mother of Prince William and Prince Harry, the heir apparent to the British throne.

Khan’s 2004 statement to the Metropolitan Police, which was submitted in 2008 to an independent inquiry into Diana’s death, stated that he was in a relationship with her from 1995 to 1997 and that she broke up with him after meeting Dodi Fayed at a holiday with Mohammed Al Fayed and his family, according to Variety.
