Hajj Expo to Be Held in Saudi Arabia in January 2023

The Expo Hajj 2023 conference and exhibition for Hajj and Umrah services has been scheduled by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia for the first week of January 2023. Jeddah will serve as the venue for the Exhibition.

It intends to discuss new services and approaches that will make it easier and more efficient for pilgrims to arrive at the Two Holy Mosques, improve the standard of the services offered, and enhance their religious and cultural experiences. All of this will lead to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs’ goals being met.

To explore and apply simple ideas and cutting-edge possibilities to ease the trip of conducting Hajj and Umrah, the conference aims to bring together decision-makers, entrepreneurs, innovators, and researchers under one roof. According to Saudi Gazette, the conference also focuses on presenting ideas for upcoming initiatives to create technical innovations, develop infrastructure, and restore historic and religious sites. These initiatives will improve the quality of services offered to pilgrims, enriching their spiritual journeys, and leaving them with priceless memories.

A variety of new ideas, projects, and programs are showcased at the “Hajj Expo” to raise the standard of services offered in the Hajj and Umrah industries. To meet the goals of the Pilgrim Experience Program, one of the initiatives of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, it will also host workshops that go over the initiatives the Ministry seeks to implement to serve pilgrims with excellence and sustainability. These partners will be from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

As efforts are combined to support the rapidly accelerating pace of digital transformation and technology applications and use them in the service of the pilgrims, in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which provides an integrated strategy for the development of the Hajj and Umrah system, the conference and exhibition are an alluring gateway for investors to forge strategic partnerships with all stakeholders from the governmental, private, and non-profit sectors.

Several number of ministers for Islamic affairs, endowments, and the Hajj, as well as embassies and consuls in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, organizations operating in the system from the public and private sectors, will be present at the conference and other accompanying events and activities. The key objectives that contribute to the development of the system can be achieved through cooperation, and various techniques can be discussed by all stakeholders. The level of services provided to pilgrims and Umrah performers traveling to Makkah and Madina would improve, increasing their happiness with the experience.
