Google said that it had opened Pakistan’s first-ever App Growth Lab following the launch of the country’s Gaming Growth Lab last year. The latter is a four-month effort designed to identify high-potential app developers, studios, and businesses looking to grow and speed up their business operations.
With the introduction, Google has promised to help the local and global growth of Pakistan’s app business. Through intensive teaching and support stages, the curriculum will offer app developers the chance to learn from Google experts in industries such as advertising, AdMob, firebase, gTech, and play as well as from business executives.
According to Farhan S. Qureshi, Google’s regional director for Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka: “Today, we are happy to announce the launch of App Growth Lab to promote young local developers and support them in bringing their products to a global market.

The App Growth Lab program is structured around four main pillars: understanding the global app and gaming opportunity to comprehend various levers to set the overall strategy for a company; applying a user-centric mindset to app and game product development and leveraging best-in-class technology to set an app up for long-term success; discovering tactics to win the launch, setting up monetization models, and utilizing Google’s tools for data to achieve measurable growth.
“The Gaming Growth Lab Pakistan 2022 Is without a doubt one of the most insightful programs that we have thus far attended in Game District,” said Saad Hameed, the CEO of Game District. It will begin in June and run for four months. Applications must be submitted by May 22, 2023, to organizations, app creators, and other interested persons.
