Global Seven Recognizes Pakistani-American Sheikh Saeed’s Outstanding Humanitarian Efforts with Prestigious Award

In recognition of his exceptional commitment to humanitarian and welfare activities, journalist Saeed Sheikh, a US citizen of Pakistani descent, received the esteemed Global Seven Outstanding Humanitarian Award.

Mumtaz Nawaz, on behalf of the Houston Trade Development Council, presented the honor to him during a ceremony. This award is a testament to his extraordinary leadership on a worldwide scale and his significant contribution to Houston’s designation as a humanitarian capital. Selected for their exceptional global contributions and accomplishments in their respective industries, seven Houston-based entrepreneurs and individuals received the Global G7 Award. 

Saeed, serving as the President of the Karachi Sector City Association, presented a speech representing the American blogger. In his expression, he conveyed, “I feel honored and appreciative for the acknowledgment, expressing gratitude to the Almighty for His blessings.” In the course of the event, he additionally thanked prominent entrepreneur Javed Anwar and the Mayor’s Office for Trade and Development.

He also acknowledged those collaborating with Indonesia, Japan, Liberia, Angola, Burkina Faso, Wellhausen (a member of the G7 committee), Council President Cynthia Blandford, Murad Ajani, and other notable figures and officials from different sectors of governance.
