Football Showdown: Sold Out Spectacle as Saudi Arabia Faces Pakistan in FIFA World Cup Qualifier

The ticket prices for the football match between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan in the 2nd round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers were announced by the Saudi Arabia Football Federation (SAFF) today.

All tickets for the match, which will be the first for both teams in this round, have already been sold. The game is scheduled to take place at Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Stadium in Al-Hasa City. Ticket categories were classified into four groups: A, C, D, and E. The highest-priced category, ‘A,’ was priced at 40 Saudi Riyals, ‘D’ at 20 Riyals, while ‘C’ and ‘E’ were both priced at 15 Riyals.

Knowing that Saudi Arabia will be without their key forward Salem Al-Dawsari is crucial. Reports indicate that he has a foot injury that will sideline him for the match against Pakistan. Saudi Arabia holds the 57th position in the FIFA World Rankings, whereas Pakistan is considerably lower at 193rd. Given Saudi Arabia’s strong performance, notably being the only team to defeat eventual World Cup winners Argentina in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, a favorable outcome is highly anticipated.

It’s worth noting that this match is of disparate significance as Pakistan has qualified for the second round of a FIFA World Cup qualifier for the first time in its 76-year history, creating an uneven matchup.
