A model was murdered by her brother in a village in the region of Okara on Thursday, according to the 24NewsHD TV channel.
Sidra, a 22-year-old model from Okara’s Village 51R, was murdered by her brother.
The model was visiting her village from Faisalabad to spend Eidul Fitr when her brother assassinated her in the name of honour, according to the police.
According to SOHO Javaid Khan, the deceased’s body has been taken to the hospital for a postmortem while an inquiry is underway.
The accused murderer has yet to be apprehended by police.
It should be noted that popular model and social media sensation Qandeel Baloch was similarly murdered in the name of honour by her brother, and her killer was ultimately pardoned by the model’s family.
