One would not believe that the box being dragged by mother and daughter actually contains a dead body of a maid who was allegedly tortured to death and was on its way to be disposed.
Police discovered a female body in a cardboard box in Lahore’s Kahna on Friday, which turned out to be that of a housemaid.
According to reports, authorities discovered a body that was eventually identified as that of a housemaid named Yasmeen who worked at Bushra Bibi’s home in Kahna.
Bushra Bibi and her daughter, Irum, strangled Yasmeen and then threw her body into a cardboard box, according to Lahore police. The mother and daughter may be seen strangling the maid on CCTV footage.
Police have relocated the body for a postmortem, while Bushra and her daughter have fled the murder site. The police are conducting raids in order to apprehend the perpetrators.
This is not first incident of killing a housemaid. It was observed in the past too Where The body of an eight-year-old maid was left outside her parents’ home in Punjab’s Phool Nagar in December last year after she was allegedly tortured and murdered by the house owners.
The terrifying incident occurred in Phool Nagar’s suburban region. The house owners allegedly fled the scene after throwing the body of an underage maid named Misbah outside her parents’ home.
