Shah Rukh Khan is already the king of Bollywood and Indian films, but it appears that he’s chosen to broaden his reign – Shah Rukh just stated that something new is on the way in the OTT (Over The Top) realm, with the name “SRK+.”

“Kuch kuch hone wala hai, OTT ki duniya mein,” king Khan captioned an Instagram image. When Salman congratulated SRK on creating his own app, he quickly ended the anticipation created by the teaser.

The announcement has also piqued the interest of Indian filmmaker Karan Johar, who claims it will “transform the face of OTT.”
Anurag Kashyap, an Indian filmmaker, has announced that he is working with Dilwale star on his upcoming OTT app.

In September of last year, the My Name is Khan actor teased his OTT debut in a commercial for streaming behemoth Disney+ Hotstar. The scene starts with him waving to supporters from his balcony, proud of the fact that no other celebrity has ever managed to draw such a large gathering outside their home.
However, his manager stated that he is unsure about the superstar’s future because, with the exception of him, all of the greatest stars have now jumped on the OTT bandwagon.

With Bard of Blood and Betaal, both Netflix programmes, Shah Rukh had dabbled in the digital streaming space as a producer. His production company supported the projects. Shah Rukh will next be seen in Pathaan, which will be released on January 25, 2023.
