Former Pakistan captain Mohammad Hafeez’s backing for Prime Minister Imran Khan has enraged PPP leader and Sindh Information Minister Saeed Ghani, who has retaliated.
Mohammad Hafeez praised Prime Minister Imran Khan on Twitter on Sunday after the National Assembly was dissolved on his recommendation following a stunning turn of events in the lower chamber, putting the country into a constitutional crisis.

After the “surprise,” the cricketer hailed Imran Khan, calling him a “genuine legend.”
The PPP leader answered by telling him to stay out of this mess and concentrate on his game.

Ghani said, “Play cricket, not with the country.”
Hafeez was not the only cricketer to express support for Imran Khan’s decision.
