No evidence found against Aryan Khan in Drug Case

No evidence has been found regarding the 2021 cruise ship drugs case against the son of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan.

A special investigation team from the Narcotics Control Bureau of India (NCB) found no evidence of Aryan Khan’s involvement in the cruise case. The raid on the yacht revealed several irregularities.
Aryan Khan was never in possession of drugs. So there was no need to pick up his phone and check his chats. The chats do not indicate that Khan was part of an international syndicate.

In particular, there would be a legal opinion on whether Khan could be charged with its use even though the Aryans were not taking any drugs.

In November last year, a Mumbai court ruled that there was not enough evidence against Aryan. “There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this court that all the accused consented to commit an illegal act with common intent, simply because Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Manmohan Dhamicha was traveling on the same cruise”.

Last year, Inspector Wakhande led a team of officers to the cruise ship Cordelia at Mumbai’s International Cruise Terminal Green Gate. On October 2, Aryan was detained by the NCB for alleged drug possession before the young man could board. He was soon taken into custody and eventually arrested.
