The Israeli ambassador to the UN has called for the immediate resignation of Antonio Guterres, the Secretary-General of the UN, due to his support for the Palestinian people.

Israel has refused to release fuel to the besieged area, and the Israeli military spokesman reiterated this stance in a recent statement, citing concerns that Hamas uses fuel for military operations. The overcrowded hospitals in the region were filled with residents who had been instructed to leave the north, believing that they would find safety from Israeli bombardment. The attack has been labeled a ‘war crime’ by the Hamas authority in Gaza. The health ministry reported that additional Israeli attacks have led to the hospital housing hundreds of sick and wounded, as well as people who were forcibly displaced from their homes.
