The 75th British Academy Television Awards was held on Sunday at the Royal Albert Hall, London, and was attended by many dignitaries. This year, Emma Watson was added as the presenter, while Rebel Wilson hosted the show.
Watson made her acting debut in the Harry Potter as Hermione Granger, later starring in a few television series as well as in Beauty and the Beast, Little Women, and many more. He was also one of the hundred Most Influential People in the World in 2015 by Time Magazine.
Announcing the award at the British Academy Television Awards, host Rebel Wilson introduced Emma and said, “Here to present the next award is Emma Watson. She calls herself a feminist, but we all know she’s a witch.” Responding to the hilarious intro, Watson said, “I’m here for all the witches!”
Since Emma’s video went viral, Netizen believes the Harry Potter Star’s “All Witches” comment was an indirect criticism of author JK Rowling.
