Cristiano Ronaldo’s Girlfriend arrives in Riyadh wearing Abaya

Georgina Rodriguez has arrived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the presentation of her longtime lover Cristiano Ronaldo by his new team, Al Nassr.

Last night, the reality TV personality and Argentine-Spanish model made an appearance at the eagerly anticipated event while supporting Arab talent. The 28-year-old walked to the Mrsool Park stadium with Ronaldo and his kids while wearing a black MaxMara turtleneck and blue boot-cut jeans that Elisabetta Franchi had made for her.

Rodriguez opted for a velvet maroon abaya with curving embroidery at the front from Doha-based company, Dollab Line to complete the tried-and-true ensemble and pay homage to the area. Glittering Pasquale Bruni earrings and a hot pink Hermès tote were the finishing touches to her look.

Given that Ronaldo is beginning a new chapter of his life in Saudi Arabia, this is not the first time Rodriguez has paid sartorial homage to the Arab world. Rodriguez supported the famous player at Lusail Stadium while in Doha for the 2022 Fifa World Cup last month while donning an abaya by Qatari company 1309 Studios that was sage green and adorned with palm fronds. Ghada Al Subaey, the company’s creator and creative director, is known for her modern designs, which are perfect for Rodriguez, who accessorized her choice with a black dress and hefty jewelry.

Ronaldo explained his choice and the reasons behind turning down numerous offers from other clubs during the press conference last night. The Portuguese player affirmed that his career was not over after arriving in Saudi Arabia.

Ronaldo Lands in Saudi Arabia Before Al Nassr’s Unveiling

It is the cause of my change, and, to be honest, I don’t care what other people think. In Europe, I was done. I had numerous proposals from Portugal, Brazil, Australia, and many other countries in Europe. Numerous clubs sought to sign me, but I pledged my loyalty to this club.
