Ash Makes History: Pakistan’s Tekken Prodigy Secures Fourth Consecutive EVO Tournament Victory

Arslan “Ash” Siddique, a Tekken prodigy from Pakistan, accomplished an amazing feat by winning the title in Las Vegas on Sunday, securing his fourth EVO championship.

The 27-year-old emerged victorious in the grand final, defeating Japan’s AO with a spotless 3-0 victory, showcasing his outstanding talent and precision to the gaming community. Arslan’s magnificent performances paved the way for his success, demonstrated by his 2-1 win over Ulsan in the winner’s semi-final and a 3-1 victory over AO. An interesting fact is that Arslan is the first person in history to win the coveted Tekken 7 tournament four times, further solidifying his reign by repeating the victory this year after previously triumphing in Las Vegas and Japan in 2019.

Arslan’s talent has brought him global acclaim as the greatest Tekken player of all time. He cemented his reputation as a gaming superstar by winning the prestigious ESPN Best E-Player of 2019 title. Among Arslan’s impressive accomplishments are his victories in the CEO 2021 Championship and the 2022 Combo Breaker Tekken 7 competition, both of which he won by eliminating all ten of his opponents. Arslan’s exceptional skills go beyond personal achievements, demonstrated by his crucial contribution to Pakistan’s victory at the Gamers8 Tekken 7 Nations Cup in Saudi Arabia just last month.

Alongside Khan Imran and Atif Butt, Arslan formed a formidable Pakistani trio, astonishing South Korea in the grand final and securing a thrilling 3-2 win to claim the championship.
