Arnold Schwarzenegger Expresses Gratitude To Pakistani ‘FUBAR’ Fans

Arnold Schwarzenegger has expressed gratitude for his Pakistani followers’ love and support on Twitter. The actor had just praised Ukraine for assisting his new Netflix comedy, FUBAR, to reach the top place.

As the celebrity praised Ukraine, a Twitter user from Pakistan jumped in with a screenshot demonstrating how FUBAR was also very well-liked in Pakistan. Even though the person claimed that the show was ranked first in Pakistan, the screenshot uploaded showed FUBAR listed under the ‘Popular on Netflix’ section. Schwarzenegger expressed his gratitude via Twitter as a result. The celebrity thanked his Pakistani fans in his message.

In the first episode of FUBAR, Schwarzenegger’s CIA agent persona is referred to by his handler as “the fastest 65-year-old white guy on the planet.” FUBAR, a series of eight episodes of rough-and-tumble action and comedy that will debut on Thursday on the streaming service Netflix (NFLX.O), stars Schwarzenegger, who is 75 years old in real life. When he was advancing in his career after Conan the Barbarian and Terminator, in the 1980s and 1990s, this chance did not exist, Schwarzenegger told Reuters. He portrays Luke Brunner, a CIA agent called upon to save another agent from a dangerous mission as he is on the verge of retirement. Emma, Brunner’s daughter, ends up being that agent. They go on dangerous missions around the globe to contain the evil Boro, who seeks weapons of mass devastation, and antics ensue.

Emma, portrayed by Monica Barbaro, complains that her father treats her like a child and that their connection is “quite complicated.” An eclectic group of CIA coworkers provides light relief, cracking jokes on Brunner’s mispronunciations, Emma’s “daddy issues,” and his ambition to win back the wife he lost to divorce years ago. Roo, played by comedian Fortune Feimster, interrupts CIA mission meetings with “something ridiculous” to provide humor. Travis Van Winkle, played by Aldon, savors the contrast between trying to save the world from extinction and these lighthearted lines. Barry, portrayed by Milan Carter, is aware of Emma’s line of work but chooses to keep it a secret from Brunner.

The younger members of the group, who grew up watching Schwarzenegger in Kindergarten Cop or the Terminator films, praise what the well-known actor and former bodybuilder bring to the set, which includes discipline, teamwork, inspiration, and a mischievous side.

He follows his routine mechanically. Every day, he wakes up at six in the morning after studying all of his lines before going to bed at twelve, said Gabriel Luna, who plays the villainous Boro.
