CALIFORNIA: Neuralink, the brain-chip company of Tesla owner and SpaceX founder, Thursday released a video of a nine-year-old monkey playing video games after the U.S based company wired up his brain six weeks ago.
The tech giant claimed that the macaque, named Pager, had an Artificial Intelligence chip implanted in his brain. The video posted on the company’s official handle showed that the mammal was given a joystick that was connected to a video game console in which he moves a cursor to a colored square.

The monkey was also awarded a fruit-based smoothie through a metal tube on successful completion of the game.
In the show-off video from a U.S business magnate, the AI chip records the brain activity of the ape and sends it to a computer system for analysis of what his brain does when he moves his hand.
Meanwhile, Musk said the technology will not only help developing human alike behavior but will also help people with paralysis.
