KARACHI – AirBlue, Pakistan’s low-cost airline, surprised domestic passengers by slashing its airfares massively during the holy month of Ramadan.
Targeting the audience of three metropolitans, fares for flights to Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi have been offered as low as Rs 4,990. The airline offered special fares to facilitate the local passengers traveling in the sacred month.
In the recent post on their official Twitter handle, the AirBlue shared the fare of a one-way ticket from Lahore to Karachi and from Karachi to Islamabad with limited baggage. The price of a new air ticket is Rs 4990 – literally lower than the first-class train and executive bus fares.
