The State Bank of Pakistan has issued a notice of the increase in ATM cash withdrawal charges that will be effective from 1st July 2022.
Banks will now deduct Rs. 23.44 for every ATM cash withdrawal. The previous withdrawal charges were Rs.18.5. Following is the revised Schedule of Bank Charges:
Habib Bank Limited
- 2,000/- Flat for HBL Customers.
- 2,500/- Flat for Non-HBL Customers.
- Plus Courier Charges Rs.150/- (in case of within city)
- 250/- (in case of intercity)

ATM cash withdrawal charges in some other countries
According to the Reserve Bank’s instruction from June, bank users in India will be charged 21 per transaction beginning on January 1, 2022, for transactions that exceed the free permitted limit. Banks are currently permitted to charge 20 for these transactions made through ATMs.
Bank of America ATM fees is $2.50 per transaction for balance inquiries, transfers, or cash withdrawals made at a machine that is not owned by the bank in the United States. Bank of America ATM fees is $5 per transaction for cash withdrawals, transfers, or balance inquiries made from a non-Bank of America ATM outside of the United States.
Depending on the bank, Chinese ATM fees in 2017 ranged from CNY 20 to CNY 30 per transaction. By 2022, the UnionPay Debit Card from UnionPay International in China would charge HKD 50.
