World at the brink of World War 3

In geopolitics, strategic realities are changing abruptly, as countries realize the shift occurs that is shaping the future to come. The world has now divided into two major blocs in which Pakistan, China, Russia was seen to be allies opposing the other bloc leading by world power United States, and it also includes arch-rival India, along with Israel, and many other countries.

With the formation of these blocs, the strategy for these countries is becoming quite clear over time and the world powers of all times are here getting ready for the war which will change this world for the years to come.

With the exit of US forces from Afghanistan after two decades, the situation is changing rapidly as the feeling to rule the world has put around half the population on the verge of getting vanished amid the division between these countries.

Amid the alarming escalations, the US and Chinese allies are also challenging each other, where the so-called superpower is losing its grip, while the future superpower is leading the new bloc to take over the Western agenda.

The western bloc is also establishing ties with Afghan representatives and China’s recent behavior depicts that it is all set to challenge its rivals. Besides that, the next ‘superpower’ will not compromise on the security of its allies.

The United States has conveyed its message in Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, and Vietnam, with top-notch military equipment in the region, while Gwadar, a port town in the southwest of Pakistan, has become the center stage of the $50 billion China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

The Pak Chinese project is expected to bring economic revolution in the region while China considers CPEC as a key project in the region more like the Siliguri Corridor for India – a narrow stretch of land located around the city of Siliguri in West Bengal, India.

India, a major ally of the US, will likely close Malacca Strait which is the only oil route for China on the behest of the US. China imports around 80 percent of its oil, while India would reconsider twice before any major step as China eyes ‘seven sisters’ for quite some time.

China will have some issues in wake of the Dalai Lama saga, and in response, it will raise the Kashmir dispute citing grave human rights violations.

It has already inked a 25 year deal with Iran of $400 billion in exchange for a steady supply of oil. The move ends Indian influence to some extent, we can relate Chahbahar port with the context where India invested a massive chunk and it is nowhere near the closing stages.

Saudi ruler Muhammad bin Salman also holds a crucial place amid the escalation yet it’s not confirmed whether Kingdom and the Arab states would like to nurture with the West or to follow the ‘truth’.

China, in another bid to wane USD, suggested Saudi Arabia and the Arab states trade oil in their own currencies instead of US dollars, which will also plunge the dollar’s value in the international market.

As the South-Eastern country got big amount of petroleum products from Saudi Arabia and Arab states which is said to be around $40 billion, Iran already offered half of the price to China.

If we compare the past year, the United States has always disgrace its allies while China always facilitates its partner. Furthermore, Israel wants the US and India to join hands with their allies against the Chinese-led bloc as it already got plans of being a Jewish superpower.

Amid the rivalry between the bigwigs, Pakistan’s role is said to be of paramount importance as the country is already going through unconventional war, and being a member of Ummah and a patriotic Pakistani, we need to deliver our best for the nation to survive the ongoing tussle between the world powers.
