The ATM Edition is a podcast series focusing on untouched issues and questions in a mind of a mainstream media journalist as he takes a turn to podcasting.

The podcast is spearheaded by Chief Editor othernews.pk – Ali TM. The podcast show will be talking about latest topics from all around the world. Othernews.pk is a digital news media agency run by professional news-producers.

Various world-related themes are covered by Othernews.pk and it has also taken an initiative to report on fake or false news to keep the readers updated with the truth in this era of digital information madness.

Ali Tahir Mughees is a journalist, an award-winning documentary producer, and an academician. He is a silver medalist in MPhil Mass Communication and his professional career now ranges to 12 years in the news media industry.

He has reported and edited for various prestigious English print media organizations such as Daily Times, The Post, Pakistan Today, and The Nation Newspaper and has also reported for Din News and Samaa TV. Currently, he is the Chief Editor of othernews.pk platforms.

Ali has been teaching mass media subjects, especially digital media subjects in various universities in Lahore since 2015. He is currently teaching at the University of the Punjab, School of Digital Media, and to MPhil scholars at Kinnaird College. Ali has previously taught at the University of Central Punjab, Beacon house National University, University of Management Technology, and Minaj University and specializes in digital media journalism.

He started the practice of journalism during the last tenure of former President General Pervaiz Musharraf and worked for many renowned English newspaper outlets.
